Ready for some football! Learn football basics through drills, obstacle courses and strength training with an emphasis on team work. Increase agility, speed and self esteem. Intramural games will be played each class. No tackling, just fun! Super Bowl will be played on the last day of the session. Group will be split by age and ability. Designed for beginning to advanced levels.
Got Game? Learn all the skills it takes to be a master on the court! Learn how to improve your shooting, passing, catching and rebounding skills! Instructors will teach you about player positioning, dribbling, ball handing and team concepts. Instruction includes offensive tactics such as shot selection and scoring while defensive tactics emphasize positioning and pressure from various areas of the court.
Taught in a safe environment (no checking, pinky ball used). Lacrosse basics will be taught using drills, conditioning, training and fun! Learning the basics of ball handling, throwing and catching. Group will be split by age and ability. No equipment necessary. Be a part of this fast growing sport!
During this one-hour class, kids will learn the following skills: kicking, dribbling, goalkeeping, passing and ball control. There will be drills where the instructor teaches the individual skills and then scrimmages where the kids put those skills to use.

Get ready to learn the latest dance moves at this fun dance class! The class features all your favorite music (appropriate lyrics only). This is a high energy class where students receive step by step instruction on Hip Hop dancing. Each dance routine is broken down into easy to learn individual movements. Each class will include a warm up, stretching, choreography, and basic hip hop tricks. We bring the dance studio to you!

This art class is perfect for the child who wants to learn many art techniques, while creating diverse and unique art pieces through a variety of themes and subject matter. Projects will include drawing, painting, print-making, collage, abstract sculpture, clay and numerous mixed-media-based concepts. Students will not just learn new skills and methods of art, but they will also be given the chance to improve their communication skills, expand their imagination, and increase confidence, in a relaxed and fun atmosphere of creativity!

We Bring Science Right to the Classroom! Science Adventures’ interactive Classroom Visits include five core themes aligned to national and state science education standards. Lessons engage students’ curiosity about their world while building science literacy. Each 60-minute lesson covers a specific science concept: Life Science, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science and Space and Flight. Sessions introduce key science vocabulary, involving students in activities, experiments and concept analysis and discussion.
Students learn about self-expression and both verbal and physical communication as they improve their acting and speaking skills.
